Great lattes! Very cool place - nice outside area.
The barista did a great job making the drinks. The friendly factor was decidedly mixed, though. I will typically try to find a Starbucks with a friendlier atmosphere when there are multiple locations in the same area. Tl;dr: good job on the drinks, OK customer service.
A great place to come and study. Unfortunately, I don't come very often because Starbucks usually doesn't carry almond milk. I love almond milk with my coffee because I am dairy and soy sensitive and there are no other alternatives at Starbucks for my coffee. But, one of the employees named Chris Grey went to the store and bought me almond milk for my coffee. I have never received customer service as fine as that. I too work in customer service and can appreciate when someone goes that extra mile for me. I will definitely be visiting Starbucks more often from now on. Give that boy a raise for amazing customer service!

Fourth visit, ordered the same thing each time. And each time the did not shake my iced green tea. They just put it in the cup and put in the ice and called out the order. How many times do you go before telling them how they should do their job?
