We ordered two small dark roast coffees. The coffee was excellent. The presentation was poor. 1. The coffee cup was very hot (no insulator band). 2.The cover was very very poor. it leaked as I tried to drink from it. Most places use a cover (ie solo) that completely seal and you drink from a spout such as a sippy cup for children. McDonald;s uses this kind as well as Panera's, Caribou, Dunn Bros, Starbuck. 3. I was asked if I used cream or sugar. I had to ask for cream separate so I could put it in myself. I don't use that much. Every other place I have been allow you to put in your own cream or sugar. The attendant had to go to the back room to get me a separate little cream. 4. My wife and I ordered a donut each. I told the attendant no bag, since we were eating in and I didn't want to waste a bag. The attendant put my wife's in a bag and handed me my donut on a napkin. We recycle everything and that was a bag wasted. It all adds up.
Went Today Feb. 15th ,2015 ..... They HAD NO DONUTS.......at 7:00am..... This tells you something about there business,,,,!!!!!!!!!!!
This location always messes up on iced coffee. The last time I was at this location the Shift Manager was very rude when asked to remake. I went twice in the last month and the messed up both times.
Love love love the blueberry sweet tea and cheese twist bagel... assistant manager jill is great!
