I've been shopping here since when it was in the Oak Valley Publix complex next to Eckards !! Friendly staff, good prices, better then Petsmart on my dogs food !
This by far is the worst pet store I have ever seen. They have random stuff everywhere, you can't even access their products, and they claim to have gotten all of the boxes by the fish stuff from the store in Panama City because it closed well it's still just sitting there. It is a very dirty place and the animals they have are not friendly at all. DO NOT SHOP HERE... I highly recommend not to shop here. And most of the dog food is out of date and is returned to them and is put amongst the rest of the crap just out where customers can see, open and disgusting, I saw one where there were cobwebs in the dog food. Not what I want to give my dog. The owner puts the stuff out, if hardly any, from Panama City all disgusting looking, the packaging all faded and wet from water log. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE
The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and does not pressure whatsoever to buy. They answered all my questions and gave my daughter and I all the time we wanted to handle the livestock. Maybe not the cleanest store in the world, but clean enough for a pet shop. Their pet prices go from reasonable to very inexpensive for large herpes. Although it is not in a convenient location for me, I will go back.
Very clean shop. They had the absolute best selection of Habitrail and Crittertrail accessories in Tallahassee, even better than the nationwide chain stores. Hamster selection was extremely limited, but they offered to order what we wanted.
