Wonderful! A small place you might just drive by - don't! We just had the crab stuffed hogfish and DELICIOUS!!! Like others said, like you're at home - but great tasting. Owner is from Maryland, so knows how to do blue crab too! You know a place is good if people who live here make this a regular spot and bring their friends from out of town...We just wish the weather was better so we could have sat outside. We will be back!
Small but nice patio and everything we ordered was great! Crab cakes were the best.
The food is tremendous, the service is fantastic, and the prices are affordable. I feel like I am eating dinner at home with family when I go there. Beth and Barbara are both very wonderful people, and always make you feel good to be there. They remember what you like and go out of there way to make sure it's just the way you like it. If you haven't tried the Crab shack yet you're missing out on a great experience.
Glad we stopped here for lunch on or way to key west. The place is small and nothing much to look at from outside. But real home made experience.
The food was very good, and not too expensive considering the area and that you are getting fresh seafood. Nothing on the menu was more than $20; you will probably pay about $15 a person without appetizers or alcohol. Large portions and almost no wait time when we were there; quick, friendly service. Definitely a small, privately owned establishment.
