On 1/1/15 around 8pm my wife and an out-of-town Holiday house guest visited the Chili's in Sebring. Upon arrival there was no Hostess to be found - the store was not busy and there was no one else waiting. We waited about 10 minutes or so until she finally showed up... when she did show up she had to go and find us a clean table!! Once seated, our server, Olympia, showed up pretty quickly. She took our drink order: Two adult beverages and one soda... She got the soda right... We ordered our food and then waited. Waited, and waited, and waited... the entire time we waited we could see our waitress playing around with co-workers in the "bubble mirror" above the kitchen. 45 min later... the food shows up and it's COLD! Now keep in mind we ARE NOT COMPLAINERS! I have sent a plate back twice in my life (45 yrs old)!! We asked Olympia to please warm up the food. When she returned 2 minutes later with Luke Warm Plates she said, and I quote, "Sorry for the inconvenience. For your trouble I will bring you another round of drinks and if it's not COLD enough for you I can bring my manager over and you can talk to him"!!!! So now, not only is Olympia RUDE but she is also a LIAR!! The round of drinks NEVER came... not even another soda. I also want to mention that the new $12 FEATURED PREMIUM HAMBURGER that I orderd came with a top, stem piece of tomato that is usually trash (I have pictures!!!) After dinner my wife went to the restroom which smelled like PISS and was FILTHY!! We will never visit this restaurant ever again!! Too bad, I love Chili's!!
Worst experience at chilis ever! Bad food and bad service. Will not be back here. Glad I don't live near this one.
Fajita great (chicken) the steak wife had (rib eye) for $17 was cooked at proper temp but, had Not A Damn Bit of Flavor. Feed it to the dog. Service is OK I guess

I have gone to that Chili's on and off for years. The idiot who put the review talking badly of the new manager should be sued for libel and is only brave enough to put something up here like that, because it's anonymous. BTW, "chililover", managers never handle food. Also, just because someone used to do meth, does not mean the have HIV. Also, you clearly are a spiteful FORMER employee.
