If your looking for fine dining in Sebring, this is your best option, by far. Charming and easy going atmosphere with enough class satisfy. Grade A customer service and professionalism, and most importantly, great food. Get a booth with a lakeside view for the full effect. Enjoy our beautiful town with great local hospitality and eats!
The first thing I noticed is that for a restaurant in hotel, this place has fantastic atmosphere. I have learned that the hotel itself is an anomaly - surprising guests with quality and fantastic service every night they stay. Chicanes is no exception to that standard! I enjoy the food a lot. For Highlands County, it is the best you can find around. For anywhere else in the world, it is still pretty great. The staff are always friendly and go out of their way to make each dining experience a pleasant one. I would recommend Chicanes, without hesitation, to anyone I wanted to impress!
I really enjoyed my dinner at Chicanes. I ordered a salmon dinner that was and fresh, and tasted great. Also, their service was quick and polite.
This is the best restaurant we've found in the Sebring area. Service good and food excellent. Nice dining room. Liked everything about it.
