employees spent their time talking to their friends that are there not ordering anything instead of making mine and my sister's drink. Also, my iced drink was not cold.

Most of the time they get your order right, often times they do not. Employees are usually distracted talking to each other about school, boyfriends, plans for the night, etc. Most of the employees are very friendly, some are fake & will gripe about you like your not standing right in front of them.
