Horrible service. Not managed well at all. Unorganized. Never even received our food! Waited forever and finally left. All we ordered was wings and fries...how long should that take?! Our waitress was in no hurry and was not friendly. No comparison to The Hangout in Gulf Shores, where you receive fast, friendly service. I will not be back to The Dock.

Fried food and fish bowls. If you want fancy, this isn't it. You want greasy fried food, a fishbowl of frozen magic, this is your destination. Laid back staff. gorgeous water view. I would return here for shenanigans again. Corpus Christi, TEXAS

The Dock is one of the coolest places I've ever been to. Was there in early December, so business was slow, but the interior of the bar was great. Service was very good, did not order food. The weather was crappy on Dec 12, 2011 (49 degrees & cloudy) but opened up for a bit the first afternoon we were at The Dock. For me this place is a small slice of paradise. Great beach, reasonably priced beverages and the bartender that day (and the next) was very friendly, considerate - I would say top notch. For anyone that likes to throw back a few beers/cocktails and likes somewhat dark wood interiors, this is your place. Plus it's right on the beach.

Food is below average , the fried shrimp and fish with fries I ordered was greasy and overcooked and tasted like it was cooked in oil from 1982, the cold slaw was the worst,the service was very good the girl was attentive and polite, it wasn't her fault the food was bad, I did tip her well.And for you guys be ready for a shock when you have to use the restroom , they have a giant galvanized tub full of ice for you to pee in !!, For two seafood baskets w/ 2 cokes incl tip was $43.....good luck

The customer service is awful! After sitting & patiently waiting 15 minutes without even an acknowledgement, we finally went to the bar hoping for service. After the food was brought out it sat at the end of the bar for 15 minutes & we were unable to get anyone's attention. Being that we had already paid for the food & tip, I went to the other end of the bar to pick up the food myself because no one would assist. When attempting to let someone know about the poor service the manager then rudely put his finger in my boyfriends face & told us we need to leave before he called the deputy. This was completely uncalled for. The dock has appauling service, absolutely no sense of urgency & zero customer service. I do NOT recommend!
