I am a Long-Time Patron and Member of this shop. The first time I went there I was treated like I had been a fixture for years! The second time I went, not only was I greeted warmly, but the owner, (Mark), even remembered my name, as well as my Girlfriend's! Within 6 months of first entering this shop, I became a member! (And believe me - Membership Definitely has it's Rewards!) They have a GREAT selection, the staff are all very friendly, and they listen and take to heart the suggestions and requests of their Customers. If you don't see your regular brand, just ask one of the VERY knowledgeable staff, and they can make some excellent recommendations for you to try. All that being said, they do NOT have a full liquor bar - they are Beer and Wine only - HOWEVER, Mark is a master mixologist, and you will be amazed at what he can create! They have an excellent selection of beer and wine, but if you are a die-hard liquor fan, bring your own bottle! They have all the mixers you need! Seriously - not every place can be everything to everyone, but these guys, (and Gals!), have a unique and special place right here in Palm Coast!

If I could give negative stars I would. While having lunch in the European Village, my wife spotted this cigar shop and pointed it out to me. After eating, I walked over and entered in to the shop. To my surprise, nobody was in there. Nobody in the the main room of the store, nobody behind the register and nobody in the walk-in humidor. I then walked around the perimeter of the shop looking at the selection of cigars. The selection wasn't spectacular and really nothing that I smoke. I turned around and noticed a walk-in humidor. The selection in there was equally as bad as the selection in the main room. While in the walk-in, I hear a voice coming from the front door where I entered. Some bald guy, calling out for Mark who I believe is the owner of the shop. I walk out of the humidor and I hear this guy telling Mark that, "You have some guy in here and he's alone". That right there made me feel uncomfortable and then Mark walked in and I could hear him tell the other guy, "Thanks" and "I'm watching him". Really? First off, you have a horrible selection. Secondly, you think that I'm going to steal from your crappy selection of cigars? To anyone that is reading this review...do yourself a favor and bring cigars with you on vacation or buy from another shop that actually welcomes you through it's door without thinking everyone is a criminal. What kind of shop owner are you anyway that leaves the store unattended anyway and if you did see me walk in, the right thing would have been to welcome me to your shitty cigar store.

Great selection, atmosphere, and staff. Friendly and a great place to hang out and enjoy a cigar.

This is a true cigar shop location at the European Village in Palm Coast. European Village is a nice condotel with a large fancy courtyard full of shops and restaurants, and the Humidor is a great compliment to the setting. There is a cigar lounge inside the Humidor with a wide-screen TV and weekly and monthly activities and gatherings. I also like the fact that there is outside seating. The Humidor is just a wonderful place to buy at a quality cigar at a low price, and then sit back and enjoy it with a glass of wine or a beer. I've been into cigars a long time, and have checked out many cigar shops in the area, and I can comfortably say that there is no comparison. This is a 5-Star Operation where the customers are treated like royalty. Thanks Humidor!
