LOVE this Dunkin Donuts, friendly staff, extremely clean & they always remember my order & my name. It is without a doubt the busiest store around however they work well together and manage to get everyone out in a reasonable amount of time. You guys are the best - thanks!!!
Got charged for a meal combo and didn't receive hash browns and coffee order was a complete mess. Usually I'm impressed with this place but today is not that day.
Wife went in and got triple charged for donuts. We didn't know it till she saw the online bank charges. She kept the receipt showing one charge and went in to get the refund for the extra charges but they wouldn't give it to her. Finally we had our bank file a dispute with them. The bank gave us our money and now Dunkin Donuts owes the bank. Keep your receipts and check your online statements. They will try to double and triple charge you without you knowing and will do nothing to help you.
Very fast service and polite drive through service. My only gripe is I wish the drive through bags were a little bigger for when your are driving so I can focus on driving and not trying to get my breakfast sandwich out of the bag instead.
