As a resident of downtown Melbourne, I spend quite a bit of time in downtown. Vapor is my bar of choice. The staff is awesome, they have learned my name, my girlfriend's name, and most of my friends names. The staff has always been very personable to me as well. As of today I could walk in and know everyone who is working, a bit about their personal lives, and relax no different than were I with friends. The prep team does an awesome job putting together blends of tobacco from the menu, as well as "winging it" when new combinations come to mind. Drinks are top notch, I've never gotten a drink and had the feeling of "this is weak and I'm getting shorted on my alcohol."

took my wife and her mother last Thursday for there first time and it was amazing not like the other ones all clamming crappy run down looking hookah bar it was nice clean and well when you go there it is a very sweet atmosphere happy hour was awesome the owner Erica help me and my wife and her mother pick out some really cool drinks and even surprised us with some we never had and cheap did i mention the drink and all she even hooked us up with a 3 pipe hookah for cheap even let us get the happy hour special even thought it was 10 min passed we will only be going there from now on . BTW we got the low down on why the bad reviews are there was by any means not Erica's fault she had some douche bag there as manager and well he gone and the rude people as well so props to her and we are already planning on coming back but with more people this time cant wait had best time ever there ....

Don't use the tab option, they stole my debit card. A bunch of friends and myself all went out to vapor and we were shocked at how rude our waitress was and their new policies. You have to buy a drink in order to stay there, which is just absurd. We have been there numerous times before and never had an issue with a nasty waitress or being forced to buy a drink. Not to mention we waited about 15 minutes and had to go inside to a different waitress to even place our order. This place has gone down hill fast and i do NOT recommend it to anyone, either save your money or go another hookah bar... there is Cloud 9 and Enaba. The manager came over and talked to us, but it was more like he was talking to my friends chest and trying to hit on her. Totally disgusted with this place and I, again, do NOT recommend anyone go here.

I used to LOVE going to Vapors. But, seriously, don't bother with it. They started hiring rude people, and have a ridiculous policy that you have to buy a freaking drink just to stay there- instead of a "cover charge", according to the manager Sergio. My friend didn't have money, and they basically threatened to kick him out if he didn't shovel out the cash for a ridiculously overpriced water. Our waitress gave my friends dirty looks, and we had to go in after 15 minutes to even get someone to place our order.
