Couldn't ask for a better experience.
Went in for a simple cover-up of a heart and gave specific instructions on what I wanted from Brik. Instead, he filled it in with a solid color. The staff was cool and professional, but I am completely unsatisfied with the quality of work. They did offer to fix it, but there isn't much that can be fixed on a solid 4x4 heart unless they covered it with a solid black stamp. So disappointed...
