Once again here is yet another Dunkin' Donuts NOT baking their croissants! I order the chicken salad toasted croissant. The trick they pull is to take an unbaked croissant out and toast it BEFORE baking it. Yes, you heard right. This process of skipping the baking part renders the bread nasty heavy & doughy, not light and flaky the way it should taste. DD gets their croissants delivered from some place else and they are, what you would call "half baked" literally. They still need to complete baking the croissant and THEN toast the croissant for it to taste like a real croissant. I know it is French and prob more complicated for a DD worker to understand. This is where the company itself lacks on training. Still, I will continue complaining until they get it right because they really do have the best croissants in town when they do!

I have been going to the Palatka Dunkin Donuts every weekday morning for over the past 5 years. I just experienced 2 horrible mornings in a row. I have never written a review since I've always had a pretty good experience, but over the past few months I've had to wait in the drive thru line for a minimum of 15 minutes. I have just been dealing with that, but not because I wanted to. This morning I waited in line for 15 minutes just for them to tell me at the window that their latte machine was down. They didn't offer me anything to compensate for the time they just cost me. Yesterday morning, I ordered 2 large latte's as I always do at the drive thru speaker. Get up to the window 15 minutes later and she hands me mediums. I told her she charged me for larges. I have started hearing others talk about how awful Dunkin in Palatka has become and I couldn't agree more. This is the worst they have ever been and can't keep employees there. All of the good ones that Linda had while she owned it are all gone. Dunkin seriously needs to get it together. So sick of paying that much money a week for terrible service.

This is one of the regular go to's in Palatka Fl. They have a great selection of donuts, muffins and other breakfast items. They are open early in the morning and stay open till about dark. Great selection of drinks, including some of the best coffee around. Friendly staff and very quick to fill your order. They do have some table to set at, but mostly it is for take out. They also have a drive thru.

Go from Gainesville to Crescent Beach regularly and almost always stop in for a coffee and donut(s). have always been promptly served and satisfied with service and product- UNTIL YESTERDAY! on way back to Gainesville, between 4 and 4:40 PM, stopped for usual coffee and donut. stood at the counter for at least 10 min while 3 different attendants walked by apparently serving drive through customers while my wife and i and a third customer, who was there before us, waited IN THE STORE for service without any recognition that we were there. actually asked if there was anyone assigned to wait on in store customers, but was ignored, or maybe not heard. anyway, finally left store without purchasing anything. VERY disappointing. will probably stop again but patience with that sort of thing is very thin.
