Salesman lied about dealer going though unit be being delivered. Unit had numerous issues that were not checked before leaving. No hot water, lights not working, Dvd player not working, water leak, awning problems, black water cable not closing! First time pushing the slides out a drawer that was not closed by the dealer was cracked. Making things terrible was taking the cap off the drain pipe and getting a big surprise of crap running out because the cable was defective from the factory and did not close. Then go to take a shower at night and no hot water because the valves to the hot water heater had it bypassed almost burned the heating element. Water leaking from bathroom sink all night. Could not get the awning to retract before leaving. Took 3 months to get a damaged drawer from the dealer. When they shipped it to me it wasn't put together just a new box and the old drawer front still attached to the old box. Numerous calls with no return calls from salesman and manger. DO NOT PAY the $499 Dealer prep fee if you do buy from them!

Bought my new camper from camper world, against some of my friend rv'ers advice. But wanted to keep my buisness local, even though there price was higher than there competitors. Was hoping the service would worth the extra cost ($1600.00).Bad mistake.New camper poured water around slide in .It took three trips and several weeks. Each time I was promised problem was located,fixed and tested, only to have the same issue water pouring in slide in with the next rain. It was discovered on my last visit the seal was installed backwards.Recently had issue with wires connected to computer board that in turn fried it.I could have replaced the new board for $135 and less than 5 min., but wanted the bad wires checked and replaced so it wouldn't happen again.$500.00 later i was assurred wires were OK and they had wraped tape around bad spots. The second time i used it wires burnt up and fried computer board again. The front desk service guys only want to sell good sams membership and could care less about your service issue.The sevice Techs that worked on mine are complete idiots.They have way to much buisness to care about there customers.But I promise to do my best to let people know to never step foot in their door. You will get over priced product with crappy service.

I made multiple trips to Camping World of Tallahassee prior to my eventual purchase of a new 5th Wheel to "browse" the RV's. I very much appreciated the approach of the sales associates to allow me the time to wander the lot and look without any sales pressure. When I started narrowing my choice down, I did find the response time from the sales reps to answer my questions that required follow-up to be frustratingly slow at times. When I finally settled on purchasing a 2014 Bighorn 3260EL, I couldn't have been more satisfied with the flow of doing business at Camping World. Overall, I would rate my experience at Camping World of Tallahassee as frustrating at times due to lack of responsiveness and follow-up, but nonetheless a very positive experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Camping World of Tallahassee to friends.

The sales, service and finance team are the best. I wish the store was closer to my home. Purchasing a new RV always takes longer than it should, but the staff expedited the process as much as possible. These people are honest and have great integrity. I recommend doing business with them. PM

Punkin and I bought our first Travel Trailer from Camping World in Midway Florida. The service was great and sale manger Eric was there to assist any way he can. I had to bring it back for some service the service department done there part as well. The finance department done great and honest work also. All the Staff at Camping World in Midway Florida in every department has made our first experience at buying a camper great. THANKS CAMPING WORLD.
