the shrimp burrito and the Cuban sandwich were awesome. the wait was a little long, but no longer than ordering at a restaurant, but we didn't have to wait for a server, since you order at the window. there are 6 stools outside to eat at and we didn't have to wait for those.
Worst service ever. Do not go here unless you have all day to wait. So far I have been here many times only because the place is close but the service is so slow the last 3 times I waited 40 minutes. and this last time I just walked out and I do mean last. I don't have time to wait so I told the waitress I am ready to order when she delivered my coffee. She said ok I will be right back. Now why she just didn't take my order right there and then the world will never know. Instead I thought ok maybe she needs a pen. hmm maybe she needed to get her pad. um No she needed to I guess go get a bunch of other people refills on their coffees socialize and then go and serve someone else their food and after that go ahead and ask another couple if they were finally ready to order their food and then she could see I was already getting my money out for the coffee so she comes over and says okay im ready to take your order. Really? What part about I am ready to order and she will be right back did she not understand? The Im ready or the right back. I think she doesn't know what right back means. The food here isn't even that great I mean its total grease. I don't know how these people on here say its great and give it over 4 stars obviously sandys must write their own reviews because anyone in their right mind would know the service cant get any slower and the food is not good mood food because when your done you feel its greasy effect on you. Its a good thing I have a 4 inch flush valve on my toilet.
They have the best coffee on the island. My husband and I both fell in love with it from the first taste. Starbucks can't touch this. And the food is awesome. Worth the wait.
