The hookah was good. Service quickly degraded. I had to find a older waiter for our check and he never made it back to out table. Later a younger waiter eventually came to us about 20+ minutes of waiting. Finally received check. This place has potential and would happily come back to it but that's once they fix the waiting staff. It's not all but... one rotten egg can ruin the whole batch and in this case influence the whole bunch.

Terrible service, dining area too dark, food too expensive. Just an overall bad experience. The waiter didn't know how to be a waiter and was very nonchalant about everything. My party's tickets were all wrong and a friend of mine was charged twice on her card! I will not return and I advise others to look elsewhere for a hookah lounge, sorry.

We went there for our valentine's dinner. First off we had reservations, but got there early enough and got seated promptly. We were presented with the valentine's special menu and we opted to go for it. This was a 4 course meal (appetizer, salad, entree and dessert) that included 2 glasses of champagne. Appetizer: Hummus and pita bread (5 stars). This was a very delicious hummus. Perfectly blended and not gritty like some store bought. Pita bread was fresh and warm. Salad: We chose the Greek salad (5 stars). Fresh, delicious, and amazing! I'm not the biggest fan of feta cheese, but I will eat it in small quantities; however, the cheese on this salad, AMAZING! to the point that I was eating big chunks of it. The quantity of salad was enough for both of us with leftovers. After our meal we asked our waitress about the cheese, and she said it's made there with goat cheese...I was shocked, for I do NOT do goat anything! Entree: Thalassino (5 stars), seafood platter (Lobster, Shrimp, mussels, grouper, scallops and calamari) on a red wine/ tomato sauce. This was one of the best seafood platters we've had, and I was born and raised on a caribbean island with fresh seafood. Everything was good and properly cooked, but the scallops... Let me tell you, I have NEVER before had scallops that were so sweet, buttery, and delicious. The calamari, not chewy; the fish, flaky; the lobster, delicious; the shrimp, cooked to perfection. Dessert: Galaktoboureko...again (5 stars). Fillo sheets filled with custard and covered with honey and cinnamon. Not much to say...just great! The champagne was good, not too dry and not excessively effervescent. The recommended Mythos Greek beer was good, and a good pairing for the meal. Overall experience was fabulous. Great atmosphere coupled with great service. Our waitress (Victoria) was friendly and attentive. Engaging, but not overwhelming (like the ones that try to work a good tip). We could have complained about two things (extremely nitpicking here) but didn't see the need. 1) The sweet tea was SWEET, but we were way to busy and amazed by the rest of our meal that we didn't really care. 2) we walked right into a customer's smoke cloud when we left (she was smoking right out of the front door). Again, nitpicking! So, $80.25 for champagne, and a four course meal for two (that could feed 4) and a few beers is, in my opinion, well worth it! BTW, this wasn't our first visit here, nor it would be our last, but we really felt the need to write a well earned review.

I enjoyed the hookah flavor mix the waiter Jesse suggested (pirates cove and tangerine dream with pineapple base), The salsa music was less than desirable. They serve bottled water only, but it comes with a glass of ice and a FREE straw, soooo score!

Stopped in a couple of months ago to check out the menu and found the prices to be ridiculously high. Since then we have avoided the place until one of the managers at my gym suggested we check out Happy Hour (3 to 6, formerly 3 to 7) where they feature half-price appetizers, bottled and draft beers, house wines, well drinks as well as hookahs. Our server did not seem energetic or knowledgeable, but perhaps she wasn't very interested in providing service because upon entering (the "Hookah Lounge" area) I inquired about the half-price offers to ensure I wouldn't get stuck with a ridiculously high bill at the close of the meal. When we were seated (told to sit anywhere since the place was completely empty except for one table), no menus were brought; the only one we had was the paper hookah menu from the podium found just after entering the door. I had to ask for menus, and she seemed surprised that we wanted to order food. She didn't ask us if we would be ordering food, though, but she was surprised when we asked for menus. When asked what we would like to drink, we asked for waters. Our server reappeared about eight minutes later with no waters, but ready to take our order. No mention of the waters either. My girlfriend ordered a draft beer, I ordered a water (again) and we ordered four appetizers whose cost totaled approximately $12. Portions were decent and were just enough for both of us. I admit, it's difficult to create a quality dinner out for $12, but we did it here. We ordered the sirloin tips, spinach pie, tzatziki plate and feta and olives. The sirloin tips were excellent, the flavor outstanding. Very juicy and seasoned very well. The spinach pie seemed somewhat overcooked and lacked much cheese. It did not taste homemade, but we did not inquire so we aren't sure. The tzatziki was very light, creamy and refreshing served with soft, warm sliced pita bread. My girlfriend thought it had a bit too much lemon, but I really enjoyed it. As for the feta and olives, there isn't much one can do to screw that up. A generous slice of feta cheese in olive oil with kalamata olives. Very flavorful. By the way, my "water" turned out to be Dasani, so be aware that you may have to specifically tell them you do not want bottled water unless you actually do. I find it questionable when businesses operate that way. The quality of the hookah was excellent. They have Mya hookahs and put ice in the base and freeze the hoses so the smoke is chilled with each draw. Seldom will even the most well-known hookah lounges provide that level of quality. However, they use quick-light coals whose charred flavor you can definitely taste, but overall it wasn't bad. However, our server neglected to check on us to inquire whether we needed coals, how it was smoking, et cetera, and it had not been started for us. Our server employed her disappearing act and we did not see her for the remainder of our visit. I had to physically go to the bar and ask the person there for our check and somehow he managed to locate our server. As is typical with poor service, the turnaround time for the check was lightning-fast and I left 12% of the pre-discounted total and was not comfortable leaving even that. We tend to tip very well for good service (generally 18%+) and do not like tipping poorly but will tip according to the service. Overall, the experience was not very good, The only time we will go back is for Happy Hour and even then we plan on requesting a different server if we end up with the same one from today. If you go, expect good to very good food, but poor service.
