wanted to know when they would be showing the ufc ppv and the had conflicting reports from staff on whether it was canceled or not. So it seems at the least their managers and staff are ill informed and rude

Haven't been here in years and now i remember why! I went to meet up with some people for a friends bday. Our group was sitting at a table in the game room but the waiter was nowhere to be found so I went to the bar to order a drink. 3 bartenders and it still took them exactly 9 1/2 minutes to even be acknowledged and to order my drink!! I'm a bartender myself and this is unacceptable. The staff as a whole walked around with mean faces, non approachable, and just plain rude! Then to top it off I went to go and speak to the manager and as i'm walking up to him a fight breaks out between 2 groups of people with children and babies right next to them. At that point I had enough turned around finished my drink and our group left and went somewhere else. This establishment definitely could be a gold mind but they need better leadership and more enthusiastic employees who enjoy there job. O and also a time limit for kids. I've always thought of dave and busters being a place where adults can go and have fun like we where kids again but, kids are allowed there until closing time at 2am and apparently stay running around until 2am smh for the parents who allow it!

More than I had expected for an employee fun day! The appetizer buffet was delicious and the food was fresh and savory. We did the Ultimate Challenge and it turned out to be a great time.

food was terrible!!! the appetizers were cold. the main course was also cold and not cooked well. we were a party of 6. so they consistently made 7 cold awful dishes.

Food was great, but the when playing games you cant use all the points on a card. Most games are 9.9 or 10.6 points so you can never use all of your points. Then when using the tickets we won, ticket values for prizes were incorrect to what the value at the register was. Had to put an item back and get refunded tickets, the employee couldnt do it I guess and had to wait 10+ min for a manager. When the manager arrived he told the employee that they could have done the refund . . . The manager then argued with me that I didnt give him the same card for the refund as the pur hase. I will never go back to any dave and buster.
