I went there with a group of eight women. I was glad they could accommodate us on short notice. I had a chocolate martini which was tasty and the Sublime Egg Rolls, while not actually sublime, were pretty good. Several ladies had the grilled chicken with chimmichurra sauce and they were very pleased. I was happy that we were seated upstairs because it seemed a bit noisy on the lower level. The service was very good too. All in all, it was quite a nice experience.

Went here to listen to some music, went to the hostess to get a table, they, two of them were there, gave me the menu after they said I could have a booth and pointed to it, that was odd it looked like a nice place and I have never been given a menu to seat myself while TWO hostess were standing there. First thing I noticed was that drinks were $1 more then across the street and in smaller amounts 12oz bottles only no draft, after a while I noticed the waiter went to the people next to me, but not me more than a few times, one of the hostess notice and took my drink order, but she has to come back because she didn't know what a Fat Tire and water were, I think she thought it was like mixed drink. She picked up my drink menu and was flipping it back and forth looking for it. I had to point it out for her and then she finally got it, in her defense she looked 17 and I don't think it was her job to take drink orders. A few minutes later the waiter who ignored me brought me my drinks, I had been sitting for more then 10 minutes by this time. He let me know that he was going to be taking care of me, I guess that means he won't ignore me any more, but he never did asked if I wanted to order anything, no big deal I wasn't hungry and I heard the kitchen was backed up. Two stars only because the band was good. Follow up, I wrote the above while I was there, the waiter came to me after I ordered my beer and explained why he wasn't serving me, turns out there was a concert in town that he wanted to see, I forget who, and he asked me if I could pay up so that he could leave! I gladly paid and left, never to go back. Seriously this is the only review I have given and it's because everything was so bad.

Awesome Restaurant with great prices! Me and my wife went there for a date and had a great time. The building itself is so cool and has so much characeter. The upper balcony seating was very cool and romantic. They had live jazz music playing and they were terrific. Our food was great too. My Chipotle Burger was the best gourmet burger I have ever had. Highly recommend, we can't wait to go back.

Service: Horrible, Food: Expected Much Better, Drinks: Nasty. Its my guess that all the people that say they have good drinks have never had Sangria anywhere else. Worst restaurant experience in my life. Some friends and I took my wife for her birthday dinner to this place. Our experience was horrible from the moment we stepped foot in the establishment. First off, we made reservations for an upstairs table and they almost didn’t give it to us, it took some arguing. It took the waiter 30 min to get us menus, even though the he walked past us 5 times, after we asked for them, to wait on the larger party. Our salads came out wrong. They served all of the appetizers and entrees at the same time, except for one entrée that they completely forgot about. A burger came out so burnt that it was inedible. After everyone finished eating for the most part one of our party members reminded the waiter that we didn’t receive one of the entrees so one in our party still hadn’t eaten. We spoke to the manager and all she wanted to do was cut us off, not let us speak to give us all 10% off coupons. We will never be back to this place again, EVER!!!

For me jazz is the best dining ingredient. If goes well with every kind of food, providing that the atmosphere is agreeable. At sublime, I got to enjoy multiple delicious plates of tapas (appetizer size meals) in a quint ambiance animated with live jazz over Spanish drinks. They definitely got my vote.
