Coffee is good! Donuts are good! Service sucks for these reasons: Employees expect tips for just handing over your stuff. Employees are rude about sales: When I went in to my usual spot at the table, I found an Ad to join AARP and win a certain amount of DD stuff. Then, after going into this location daily for a couple of weeks, the staff insinuated to me that I came in "alot"...........like maybe I should stop coming in so much. The upshot is, come with the cash!
I gave this place a few chances thinking they were just having some staffing issues, but too many times, it was about a 5 or 10 minute wait just to get a coffee at the drive thru and their was no other customers in front of me. Sometimes, I would have to repeat into the microphone, "hey, is anyone there? Hello. Hello?" Then, a couple minutes later, a voice would welcome me. They had a promotion for a 99 cent latte during their 4 to 6 happy hour, but when I finally got to the window after waiting about 5 minutes , an employee came out and informed me they were in the process of cleaning their latte machine. The last time was a bit much and after ordering and waiting, and waiting, and waiting, I decided to back up through the drive thru and head over to the Race Trac gas station across the street to get a coffee so I could continue my trek on I 75. I like their coffee, but it just isn't worth the wait.
Employees are top notch, AC was broken though, owner needs to get off their rear end and fix it.
