Will never step a foot back in this chilis. Long wait crappy service swore it off last time because the service was so dang bad. Decided to give it another try and yet again horrible. This time I didnt even get my side that I order. After I had finished my meal was told thats a seasonal side. Then why is it printed right on the normal menu with no indication. Waste of $40 thats for sure.
NEVER COME BACK!! I come to this Chilis with my family and the place was empty but it look like nobody wanted to work and we wait like 20 minutes for a table and then we wait like 20 minutes more but nobody came and me and my family leave the place. We end in Stake n Shake that is a cheap place but they have a very good service.
I'm from indiana and this is the best Chili's I have been to. Everyone was friendly great service KJ was awesome she made me feel right at home. When or if I come back I will be eating there.
Service is always slow.
Called to make a call-ahead reservation. Was put on hold for "that area." After being on hold for five minutes, she came back on the line and asked how she could help me, like she'd never spoken to me at all. Was put on hold again. Was on hold for TWENTY THREE minutes, no one ever came back on the line. Ended up driving up there while still on hold, just to see how long they'd leave us hanging. Got to the restaurant while still on hold. No explanation ever given. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.
