Terrible service. I was in drive thru. It was very slow. I had to put my car in park waiting. Then ironically the girl said "Hurry back" I was thinking the word "Hurry" needs to be posted in your store. Then the order was wrong. Mustard on my burger that I did not want. The manager(?) took it from me did NOT apologize & called back that she needed another burger with mustard on it. I was like what?! Then she corrected herself. Then she joked with other ppl walked around the lobby telling ppl they needed to get the trays, clean the bathroom, etc. I was thinking Nooo, you need to focus on the customers, getting the food out & making sure the orders are right. She completely forgot doing other things. The only saving grace was the girl working the drink station who heard me saying no directed towards the manager when she was flitting around with other things. That girl asked me what I needed & got it for me. The sandwich was a sloppin mess with mayo & ketchup everywhere but no mustard so I took it. I've never been so angry. This McDonalds is also where my fiancée gets my frappes in the morning when I work & they have been wrong 3 times in the last couple of months. The last time I made him take it back.

Ive never had one single problem with this McDonald's. In fact I pass2 just to go to this one. my order is always right. my coffee is always perfect and the employees are very helpful and friendly.

This past experience on 5-28-2013 was by far the worst. I went inside to order a simple 10 pc. nugget meal. 30 minutes later I FINALLY received what I asked for. The drink machines were sticky, nasty, watered down, and broken. The workers are inexperienced and cannot handle pressure of making quality food in time and the workers also fight and bicker at each other in front of the customers. I honestly cannot pick out ONE thing that I like from this McDonalds. Rating is 1/10. They could do much better but they lack efficiency in a great deal. I NEVER want to return to this McDonalds unless they completely turn things around. I can't even express how dissatisfied I am with this place.

I've had bad service about half the times I go here. Keep thinking that maybe I'm just catching people at off moments, but no... I typically pull up to get my food greeted by someone with a blank look on their face asking me what my order was again. Very transient area also.
