I had a great experience at Toyota of Colchester. After placing a special order for a vehicle with Bob Stillman, he followed through in delivering it within the agreed timeframe. Bob was very thorough in delivering the vehicle and making sure I knew all of the features and how to use them before leaving. There was never a feeling of high pressure throughout the sales process. I would recommend Bob and Toyota of Colchester to anyone.

We stopped in on a Saturday interested in replacing a car in the near future. With no pressure from the Sales staff, my wife and I were able to view several cars with the help of Ismael. We were then able to take a test drive. We loved the improved safety features over my '91 Corolla. lsmael spoke with the sales manager and was able to get back to me with a proposal very quickly and efficiently. I liked the no pressure approach and went home to think about the proposal. The following Monday I contacted the dealership and informed Ismael that we would proceed with the transaction. Everyone at the dealership has been nothing short of the professional that I look to work with when purchasing and servicing a car. I am so happy that I bought a car at Toyota of Colchester. I went there toward the end of my search, and at that point I pretty much knew I wanted a Prius c and was going to a few dealers to compare their pricing. I hadn’t expected to buy there. Mark was prompt and professional in his phone calls and emails, and upon arriving at the dealership, I could tell right away that Mark and Daniel really cared about selling a car to me (rather than to just some random human). I test-drove on the highway (something I hadn’t done yet) with Daniel, and then we discussed pricing. Although it was evident that I was close to buying a Prius somewhere, they weren’t pressuring even when their number was higher than another dealer’s. I was saying that the difference was too much and that as much as I wanted to buy from them, I’d likely buy elsewhere (I almost felt guilty of this because of their kindness). They ended up beating the other dealer’s price, and I signed right then and took the car home a few days later. They even waited through a snowstorm for me to come in. In the days since my purchase I’ve gotten a follow-up call hoping that I love the Prius (I do), and it makes me thrilled that I bought a car from a dealer I can trust. Thank you!

This was our second purchase at Toyota of Colchester. Our salesman, Izzy, was the best!! Good sense of humor and very accommodating. I believe we were treated fairly and the service department appears to be well run. I especially like that the service department has late hours. We are also happy with the Toyotas that we purchased, a Tacoma, and a Rav4. We are looking forward to many trouble free miles which is why we purchased Toyotas in the first place.

The actual car buying experience was great! Mark (Internet sales) was great and got the deal I was looking for on a 2015 4Runner LTD. The aftermath however was WORST experience of my life in car buying....I live in MA and was told they would transfer plates and my registration within 7 days as says by MA law..well it is now 3 weeks later and I have just found out the plates were never transferred and I am driving illegally....I am currently waiting to get this resolved but I get the run-around everytime I call....gives me a bad taste about these guys....I have never had this happen before...I am in Sales and on the road every day and have lost a week of work now and still waiting at this point....UNREAL!!!
