I worked at Tims Bistro very briefly. I was a very hard worker. I always thrive at all my jobs and do the best that i can. The owner Akram Demaj treated me like crap! He told me that my pit bull should be euthanized, and also that i wasn't a valued employee. When I quit the other Owner Kelly was very nice to me. When i went in to get my last check Akram didn't say one word to me and wouldn't even look at me. I passed him walking out of the bank today didn't even acknowledge my existence. They also continuously called one of their employees a "bitch" VERY often. Although it may be true it is totally unprofessional to call your employee such things and especially to your other employees. They also let that employee treat everyone anyway she wants. She threw stuff towards me while i was doing dishes. And NOTHING was said. I was upset but didn't do anything about it. They say "Oh thats just Pa***" No, you don't just let your employee treat all your other employees that way because "thats just how they are" GREAT FOOD! But poorly managed and completely unprofessional and childish behavior by the owner Akram Demaj! Very disappointed in him and the whole management of Tims Bistro. I would NOT recommend supporting there business.Theres also a restaurant in Willimantic, CT with same priced if not cheaper food, the sandwiches are bigger and also comes with chips. Its call The Moo or something like that. Its a creamery.

Excellent pastries and very friendly staff! Coffee and tea sélection was supreme. I highly recommend coming to Tim's bistro

The best place in colchester to eat at everrrr!!! I especially love the local artists on display. It really is a representation of the town of Colchester. Everyone is friendly and it's a nice place to meet people and have a bite to eat. Try their pastries, they are made fresh every day and they're so delicious. It's like you are eating at someone's home.

The kids and I tried Tim's Bistro for lunch one day, and it was totally worth it! I was dubious about cream cheese being incorporated into a fajita wrap, but it gave it an incredible creaminess that was just delicious! We loved everything!

My family loves going here. We try to go about once a week. The wraps are great and the ice cream is amazing. The staff is very friendly also. I would recommend this to anyone going through Colchester. The buffalo chicken wrap is really good.
