It just doesn't get any better than this! Finding a gourmet restaurant in a friendly mountain town is a great pleasure. How Rob creates such incredible dishes and remains so humble is beyond me. Don't miss it!!
This is by far one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at. Sitting in the picturesque town of Rosita Colorado with amazing views looking out toward the Sangre De Cristo Mountains, this is truly a hidden gem. The food is consistently incredible. Owner Rob McIlliwraith is a genius in the kitchen. Ever item has it's own unique and delightful flavor. Rob is a master when it comes to seasonings and delighting your taste buds. Try this place once and it will become your restaurant of choice. If you've never been to Rosita or neighboring town Westcliffe, make a point to put this on your summer agenda. You will be glad you did. Food, service, atmosphere make this unique off the beaten path restaurant a winner all the way around.
