There is a reason locals keep this place a secret, they don't want to wait for a table. Ignore the two star review, it's a fluke. RV compatible (use the vacant lot just to the west). We travel all over, and have had many excellent meals (from all regions of the world) , the consistently superb food and service always available at Baldo's is simply refreshing and something we always look forward to. Baldo recently renovated the interior to provide for greater comfort and flow. He not only owns the restaurant, he makes a lot of the food. He is genuine and kind, and if you get a chance to meet him for yourself, don't miss it. Hours are not standard, so call ahead. Family run restaurants in tiny towns... it is worth the quirk, in this case. Hours usually are breakfast and lunch, 7 days a week. Dinner is usually available on Fri/Sat/Sun. The buffet is an option, as is their menu. Take out and I believe they will also cater. And if you want something specific, not on the buffet, just say something. For those with food allergies, they are very accommodating and informative. Adult buffet is around $10, kids $6, and menu items range from $7-15.
Baldo's recently renovated there restaurant and completly changed the atmosphere of the restaurant. The change was great, the food is good and the service is also great. I have only been to this restaurant during the Buffet times the price is not bad, about $10 for one person. Would recommened there buffet to anyone.
