I went into smoker friendly for some metal screens and found they had not only cheaper but better size than the nearest head shop, which is far if you live in Southwest Littleton. The staff was awesome and very helpful. I also bought 454 Cleaner which gently scrubbed my 3 foot Glass smoking paraphernalia and 2 other glass pieces to god like cleanliness.
The first time I went, last summer, the cashier was helpful and friendly. Last weekend I went and the woman who emerged from the smoking room in back never removed her sunglasses and couldn't get me and my brother out of the store fast enough. Not sure if it was drugs or because we weren't white trash enough for her taste, or she figured we were lovers. Whichever is the case, she should be fired.
The staff at Smoker Friendly, Coal Mine is very knowledgeable and friendly. They are a bit off put by teens, but are always more then willing to provide knowledge. They have a wide selection on cigars (in a beautiful walk in humidor), cigarettes, hookah, hookah-shisha, glassware and assorted accessories. They also have a very nice lounge complete with leather armchairs and flatscreen tv. The only complaint I can see people having is they do not jump up to help you as you walk in they door, you do need to ask for help; this is probably corporate policy to avoid shoplifting from other customers.
The manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I went in to get some Nat Sherman cigarettes, which is about the only place I can get them, and the manager said that she wouldn't serve me because I had a friend in the car. My friend, who had work a 10 hour shift had to get out of the car just to come show his ID, both the manager and the staff treated me poorly even after we both showed we over 25. incredibly poor service, and I will not be going back to this store.
