Better than it used to be and better than the chain pancake place by leaps and bounds. I have only been for breakfast, so I can only speak for this. The food was hot and fresh and served quickly even when busy. My only complaint was for the price of soda (unfortunately my lady drinks this with breakfast). $3.09 for a cup of soda is unjustified. My large orange juice was less.

It was better before they closed, now theres less in the menu, food is bland and the waitress is no help, will not eat here again until they close and reopen with another managment, again
