The menu is deceiving. The food that came out for the three of us, did not match what they show on their menu. One shows a simple quarter of lettuce with real bacon crumbled and the dressing over it. Well I got the lettuce, but it had yucky bacon bits you get from a bottle or package, I couldn't eat them. The chicken over rice had no flavor, and the rice was a week old. Thats what it looked and tasted like. The waitress was very sweet, and offered me something else instead of rice. I asked for veggies, she brought them right away, and they had no flavor. Then we ordered dessert shooters. I ordered the chocolate sunday, it had about two teaspoons of chocolate syrup. Finally my chair was dirty, it had something sticky on it, so I sat on my napkin. This is probably my second visit to this restaurant. As far as I'm concerned, it is still a microwave food tasting restaurant. I don't think I will ever go back.

They suck. But the food is good. My sizzling plate didn't even come out sizzling!

Seated and ordered right away. ***Then my two guests and I were completely ignored for 45 minutes before we walked out. As we got up, the manager happened to hear me say, "We're out of here!", and did offer to help. However, as I told him... That should have happened during the previous 45 minutes. My family is large here in Vallejo and we eat out alot. Applebees is off our list. Ken Hicks

HORRIBLE! came here with my boyfriend while we spent the weekend at six flags and the service sucked for one the food tasted old we had the appetizer the chicken wings one and the chicken tasted old.my boyfriend ordered the chicken strip meal and he said the strips tasted old.my food was ok but have had way better here in fresno.Also the damn waiter never even came back she gave us the wrong dressing and sauce.and we had to ask other workers for utensils and napkins.than to top it off they charged us a dam gratuity and when we where leaving after not leaving a tip why should we horrible service no tip! they chased us outside saying we had to leave a tip it was their policy.i said screw your policy and left never go there again!

Went here recently and it was awesome, our server was Isaac and he was great, always had what we needed before we even asked. All the food and drinks were prepared very quick, but tasted great. Even when he had to go on break, Mike was our server and he was just as great. At one point the manager even came by, I think his name was Glen. They just really seemed to care. I will definitely be going back
