Now - quality has gone down. Rolls are bland and food is not as good. 3-4 stars, hope they improve. 2 yrs ago. Wonderful place. Delicious food that is interesting and well priced. Good wine, great atmosphere. The owner, Larry is friendly and welcoming. The wine dinners are magnificent. Favorite restaurant on the mountain.

5 stars is not enough for this place! Delicious food, served in an AMAZING restaurant, by a friendly staff, in a beautiful historical lodge, located in a delightfully charming town, nestled in the woods! People drive from all over the area to dine here! They have a full bar, and great, upscale food downstairs (a tad pricy, but worth it), and they even a sushi bar upstairs! (open on weekends only). My dad and I recently moved to this town, mainly because of the restaurant! (Without this restaurant there wouldn't be much to do here! This place is always packed, which is pretty impressive considering that it is located in a town with a population of 1,500! (You should definitely make a reservation before you drive up here!) I just discovered that they also serve brunch on the weekends! Mmm! Eggs Benedict! My favorite! If you are looking for a great place to stay, they even have an amazing hotel located behind the restaurant, that offers large, luxurious cabins, for budget prices! This is definitely the type of place where you want to get "snowed in"! (Sorry boss, we just got a couple inches of snow, and I'm afraid the roads just aren't safe to drive on! I'm just going to have to stay here another couple of weeks, just to be safe!)
The highest quality restaurant in the Lake Arrowhead area. The food and ambiance keep us coming back again and again. Thank you to staff and management for a great experience.
