the lady that answered the phone told me she was too busy to talk to me and hung up i will never go here get some better customer service!!!! 1/10 she sucks!!!!! ill take my money elsewhere
Customer service rating 3/10. Neutral vibes. When I walked in there was a clear and positive relationship between the cashier and the other customers they had. When I asked to look at some glass he was really quiet, almost like there was something wrong with me. You can tell he wasn't really attentive either. I think the only words he said to me were, "Have a nice day". A for glass quality... I would rate it 4/10. I bought a simple replacement glass bowl for fairly cheap and it was so thin I thought it would break if I touched it. Not to my surprise as I was getting out of my car it fell and broke instantly. Their glass selection was also on the down side. Again all of there pieces looked as if they would break by just holding them. Color variety was very slim as well as the color combinations within the glass. Most of the glass was just clear and had no designs and if it did the colors were faded. They have a huge selection of hand pipes, but I'm definitely not their demographic; I was looking for more of the big stuff which was pretty much non existent. Their bongs are all identical. I bet if you said "can I see that one", the cashier look around confused because they're all the same. Im probably over exaggerating a little. On the greener side of the bowl, there were a few nice pieces with nice colors and designs, but the prices are debatable. Non glass product rating 7/10. For hookah smokers, they have Starbuzz which I always enjoy. There was also a selection of spices. Overall, I will never walk foot into that smoke shop unless there is an emergency where I need a replacement down stem. In which case, I wont hold my breath for any exciting adventures.
today I got the biggest deal on a hookah set. I got the hookah, coals, tobacco and all the little goodies for the best price i could find in town. This shop even had Starbuzz the best hookah tobacco money can buy. the best part was everyone in the shop was really nice and helpful; Defiantly my only hookah shop now.
