Great food and great service. Just one complaint. Why is this Chili's always so... chilly? Often freezing. Wastes money, harms the environment, stops us wanting to come. What's the goal here?
I usually love chili's, but the chili's at this location is a joke. We called first before going to ask the wait time for two. We were told 10 min. We got there 5 min later and were told 30 min. Okay that was not so bad but then looking around the restaurant, 50 % of the tables were empty and they were not seating anyone. We waited 45 min and upon checking there were still 3 couples ahead. we ended up leaving and will never return
Very good, fast take out order. I order over the internet and stop by to pick it up - it's always ready to go and if they get your order wrong, they are quick to make it up to you. I usually order the ribs with mash potatoes and vegetables. The ribs are actually moist and tender and seasoned right. I am from TN so I know good ribs when I taste them!
Still had 45 minutes to close and the bartender wouldn't tell me if they were still serving food. I had to kind of get into it with her about it so we finally sat and ordered quickly. Of course, they serviced us poorly and it was all rushed for a really bad experience. Staff seemed very new and inexperienced (especially bartender) and not too friendly near closing hours.
Bartender was a prick. Will never come here again.
