I try to place an order by phone and no one answered my call! that's pretty f**up service!!it's like they don't care about your bussines!!
Chilis has good food but what kills it in this particular place is that it has horrible service. When we got seated we waited for 15 minutes and no one came to get our order until I asked a guy to complain because a server attended someone else after us and we got their first. Well the server got there and we ordered and everything and I asked for the boneless wings to come with everything else and she said ok. 5 minutes later someone brings it out like really I had asked for them to bring them out with our meal but I decided not to say anything. When our meals arrived the caeser salad was not good and when most of us were done the server kept on rushing us if we wanted to get dessert while some of us were still eating and she didn't just asked us once she asked twice and the second time I told her if she could wait until we were done eating and she said ok no sorry or anything. After everything we decided not to get a dessert and once we got our tags my tag was more than what I excepted. I had ordered the chicken caesar salad but with no chicken and the boneless buffalo wings, I expected for the chicken caesar salad to be low because I had asked with no chicken and I asked the server if she could do something about it and she said no because they have to charge me the full prize. Worst service of my life NEVER again will I go to this place! The head manager should really teach the employees how to get good service....
