Jeremy at the bar is awesome. Talked to him about the bad reviews and most are pretty unfair. I experienced exceptional service and the food is consistently good. Their beers are also great and the staff is very knowledgeable about their home brews. If you get "bad service," its because the place is enormous and always packed (i wonder why?). They want to make you happy.

Food is pretty good but the service is absolutely terrible. No matter how packed or empty the place is they take forever to even acknowledge that you're there and once they finally take your order it's takes forever for you to get the food.

My family decided to celebrate my daughters graduation at your restaurant on March 29th. We soon found out that this was a popular idea among families. We had a bit of a wait at an hour, but found out later that other restaurants had people waiting for up to 2 or more hours. Your staff was great with everyone. When our party of 8 were seated at about 8 pm we were told Vinnie would be our waiter. Others should learn from this young man as we had the best service we have every had at any restaurant. Obviously the place was busy but he never made us feel rushed. He was there to take care of any needs we had just as the need arose, but never just hovered around. We were made to laugh and feel very special. He made sure to acknowledge and congratulate our daughter on her graduation and made sure she got extra special care at the table. I feel we had the service you would expect at a restaurant you would pay over $100 a plate. You should make sure you keep this treasure at your store.

The food was good but the service was absurd. We were sat at a table then ignored for 10 minutes - no water, no hello, nothing, and the place wasn't busy. We finally decided to move ourselves to the bar where we got served. But as soon as we sat down someone was at our first table picking up our menus - so they were aware we were there. Basically, the staff acted like we were intruding on their private party. But the food was excellent.

We had lunch at the Salinas restaurant on February 1, 2014 and I was disappointment at the restaurant. You walk in hungry, you walk out hungry. Some of us ordered chicken quesadilla or fried chicken and they give you small portions. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE. Also, the music was too loud.
