Way too loud.. could hardly hear the front door host... TV was so loud u had to scream to the person across from you.. and there is only 10 people in the whole restaurant.. and they will not turn it down any lower... they were fast with the food service.. and it was typical BWW food ... Edit 13 feb Still loud as hell... but the place was packed, so it was acceptable... however good lord clean the bathroom.... Reminded me of a public beach front bathroom but all the water on the floor wasnt from the ocean.... Fast service and friendly staff so i can overlook the bathroom.. there is a porta jon in the parking lot across the street that was much cleaner.. Moved it up to 3 stars because the staff was enjoyable
Read the reviews online actually searching for BDUBS. They all said the same thing. Service was horrible, but the food was great. Well, I decided to try it since I had been craving BDUBS for awhile. Unfortunately, all the reviews are correct. The absolute WORST service I have ever had. Never got a chance to actually taste the food. First we had to seat ourselves. Waited almost an hour for an order that came out wrong. Will not be going back ever. Only reason they are getting the 1 star is bc I cant give NO STARS!!!!!!
Slowest moving staff I have ever seen. From the hostess to the server to the kitchen nobody in this places moves faster than a snail. Plus, they got our order wrong in multiple ways.
Service sucks!!! BUT the food and atmosphere is awesome!
