The couple of times that I've been here have been one bad experience after another. On one occasion an employee accused me of stealing a bagel and made me go back in the store until he found his coworker that rang me up - he didn't even apologize after realizing that he had made a mistake. Other times I've gone in at around 9:00 or 10:00 and they don't have any coffee...literally they didn't have coffee in any of the four dispensers. The service here is incredibly slow and while someone could be toasting your bagel the staff instead stands around looking like they took one too many puffs on the pipe. Stop wasting your time here and go next door to Starbucks.
I go here every weekday morning and they always have a smile and are quick to take and process my order. The egg/asparagus/mushroom bagel thin is so good and they make it perfectly every time. I have been to other Noah's and believe me you can mess it up - but they don;t. They rock!

This place used to be so much better. The gentleman with glasses working in the morning is doing his very best to keep the customers happy but the female with long brown hair - the one whose eye makeup is always smeared below her eyes - she moves super slow and her hair is hanging in her face. What happened to the perky, happy and courteous Latina woman who used to work there? She had everyone smiling! This morning was dreary, slow and slightly frustrating. If it werent for the yummy bagel I would have opted out.
