Friendly staff, and they usually get it done right and quick. There's the occasional hiccup, but not too often. I come here about 3 to 4 times a week on average and they've never bothered to learn my name/order. It's not absolutely necessary, but it would be nice.
The drivethru always takes forever even tho there is approx 7 workers...they always get my order inncorrect, I order the same coffe all the time but it tastes different every time I come here. But its the only drivethru in cc.
Great staff, friendly service and they got my order exactly right! Oh, and the free complimentary pastry certainly helped my experience as well. ;)
I only go to this Starbucks because it is the closest to my house. Every single time (not even exaggerating) I order my drink they make it horrible. I keep telling myself I won't go back, but when I'm in a hurry I stop here. I usually get a caramel frap w/ extra caramel in the cup. It is always super thin, not like a frozen drink at all. Also I pay extra for the caramel but they NEVER put extra in the cup. One time they even forgot to put cinnamon dolce syrup in when i got the cin dolce frap. I suggest to try the Starbucks on Canoga Ave and Sherman Way in the valley. See my review with them on Goggle.
I worked for STARBUCKS for three years and I have never seen people mess up so many times. Its simple read whats on the cup. I ordered 2 drink he had to remake one twice and the other once and still got it wrong! It was a viente iced non fat white mocha... so simple. The atmosphere was hectic, service horrible, and to pay 10 bucks for 2 bad drinks and be there for over 20 MIN was the worst. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STARBUCKS AT ALL! it should definately get under new management!
