This place is always fun and the food is really great! I work at the citadel and had an experience where my phone order wasn't placed for my lunch so i was upset. After speaking with the manager Vanessa, whom was very understanding, she offered me some free fries to go since i ran out of time. She then also offered to take care of me the next day for my lunch break, which she did. I was very impressed with how over the top her customer service was. I am sure she lives up to the Ruby's service standards. Never have I experienced such great service! Definitely will continue to come back to this diner because of her. Thanks Vanessa! I also came back that evening for dinner. Waitresses are all very nice and helpful!
Awful. Nice staff but gross food. Literally made me sick.

Empty restaurant and still no one acknowledged my family and I. Not eating here again. Was seated and waited patiently and nothing. 3:25pm 11-4-13
