Best masala chai I ever had. Saag aloo was good. Mango lassi was delicious.

This is the only Indian restaurant between San Jose and Los Angeles; only thing it is open only till 6pm so plan your trip accordingly. Went there once at 11am and they had freshly prepared food, ie rice and daal; also chai was decent. There is probably no other Indian restaurant between San Francisco and Los Angeles, so this one is useful.

Ok, but over priced.

Had to stop in Buttonwillow to rest. Choices to eat are slim. Burger or Diner. So we decided on "Indian" (South Asian). Had the lamb wrap, think South Asian Burrito. Very yummy, spicy, fair priced, and sizeable. If you want traditional Indian food fly to New Delhi. It's a great option considering the location. If you think Subway jalapeño are hot then the mild will be spicy.

I stop here whenever I can. I have tried the pakora, the samosas, the chana biriyani wrap, and the vegetable biriyani wrap. My stepson gets the egg biriyani wrap. I've never gotten anything that wasn't hot, delicious, and enjoyable.
