My wife & I have been to many Carl's Jr restaurants in WA, OR & CA and this one is awful. It's run by a bunch of kids that don't know what they're doing. My wife virtually ALWAYS orders the same thing: jalapeño six dollar, no tomato, no Santa Fe sauce, on sourdough bread with BOTH sides of each piece of bread toasted. She gets it with no sauce and has the sourdough extra toasted because it reduces her acid reflux due to being gluten intolerant. They couldn't get the toasting right after 2 tries and the first patty literally looked like someone took a bite out of it. My wife also said that 1 of the 3 restroom stalls had no toilet paper or seat covers. Glad we're only passing through. They only get "good" rating on the food because I got 4 chicken tenders when ordering a 3-piece and my wife said it still tasted good even though she had to eat it without the bread.
Dirty and disgusting! !!
