I have been there a few times now and it has been OK to good, but last night wasn't very good. First, they have changed the menu and don't allow substitutions. My ribeye was small and overcooked, it resembled a thin steak more commonly found on $10 sandwich than it did a $24 juicy dinner steak. Also, my mash potatoes were cold and wouldn't even melt the butter. Use to be, the salad and veggy's came with the steak, now they do not. All you get now is cold mash potatoes and if you want a salad, it is extra, want veggy's, it is extra. Just seemed I was being nickle'd and dime'd the whole time. The manager blamed it on the drought and said everybody was doing it? I don't think so.
Great place to drink and eat. Good atmosphere.
Great place to eat and get a drink. I love the food. They have a friendly atmosphere.
My wife and I came in on a Saturday night, and I ordered a prime rib dinner, specifically.. What I received was a prime rib sandwich , which is not what I expected, according to the menu, a full prime rib dinner. According to the waitress, prime rib is always served on Friday night. I examined the menu pretty closely but didn't see this fact in the menu.
Best filet in town!!!
