Had a terrible experience. We asked specifically that we didn't eat any American cheese or mozzarella on cheese enchilada .. The waitress confirmed that tey used mexican cheese only. 35 mins wait to be seated and 1 hr wait for food ... Finally the food came with pepper jack cheese we were so upset it's just tortilla with a big block of cheese... When asked she just abruptly told this is what we make. I called the manager and asked he was so rude and said all I could just say is we serve this only 28 yrs... And people eat them and walked away... Won't recommend good can be bad at times I understand but customer service cannot be bad

Rude, Disrespectful, Filthy and just nasty. Do not eat here! Looks great from the street; Don't go in. Bartender cut limes for our beverages and "threw" them on the bar top and actually expected us to put them in our drinks. Then we observed a female employee brushing her hair over the eating utensils, So when we requested to speak with the manager, yup--the gal brushing here hair was the manager. She indicated the bartender was "having a bad day" Wonder if these employees would eat off the nasty bar which they expected us to do. We love Williams AZ, only now we know not to go into this establishment. There are many others in town.

WOW! Great customer service. I had just spent the whole day in Grand Canyon, and we got back to Williams pretty late. I was so frustrated we went to 3 other restaurants about 10:30 p.m. and everything was closed or in the process of closing and couldn't take us... we just came out of another restaurant who after standing at the door for 5 mins, turned us away, and when walking back to my car, I asked a stranger if he knew of anywhere to eat this late... and he said he'd make a phone call to the restaurant to see if they could stay open to take us... He happened to be one of the owners, (sorry, didn't catch his name), but we really appreciated it. THE BEST FOOD I'VE HAD in a Mexican restaurant!! And my daughter's burger and fries were great. The server was so polite, and everyone was friendly. There was another couple too that they took at the same time that we got there. The restaurant/bar was so cute, great music, great service and great food! Must visit again!!! Thanks for letting us in so late! It made our trip!!!

Fish tacos!!! Yum!!! Great food that everyone will enjoy but the place needs to hire one more person for a little faster service.
