I loved the atmosphere of this restaurant. The Polar Express was going on, so there was obviously a lot of people in town and they were really busy, but the Bar Tender was great and friendly! Food was Awesome and the Grand Canyon Brewery Beer was worth the price!! There is a difference between getting slow service because the staff is catching up on the daily gossip, or because they were super busy, they are running their asses off and your food is coming to you as soon as it’s up hot and fresh, and this was the case! Also, we never has to wait for a beer! I definitely will go there again!

We walked in at 8:02PM On Saturday. February28th. The neon lights were still on and Google says they are open till 10:00. They were completely empty and had decided to call it a night, but stayed open for us! We ordered the Jalapeno poppers which were AMAZING. Sarah was our server and she never once let slip that she may have been upset that we kept her from getting off early. Both my husband and I ordered burgers, he the one with BBQ pulled pork, and I the Jalapeno jelly burger. They were both good and cooked to order! Go here, or don't but we had a great experience!

Wandered by on a Sunday night and was greeted with an Elvis Presley statue jamming on a guitar. Decided to walk on in and try it out. Was immediately seated and served. During the wait, classic tunes were played and the decor took me back to the 50s. Ordered some craft beer from Grand Canyon Brewery (next door) and was amazed at the awesome raspberry flavor it packed. I picked out the cajun chicken club and the flavors were savory. If I'm back in town, I'll be dropping by again.

It was my birthday and my kids sent me money, so I took my sister with me to eat out. I live here, but I don't eat out often. It was my first time eating here. We ordered a full rack of pork ribs and they come with cole slaw, chili beans, a roll and a small corn cob. They have a smoker outside, but the ribs tasted like they were over cooked and reheated, the corn was boiled, and the beans were canned. Be aware they put walnuts and apples in the slaw, my sister ate that. I don't like cole slaw and wanted sweet potato fries, but they don't allow substitutions. The fries only come as a "bucket"..well I wanted a half order, I can't eat that much. At first they said no, but finally they comp'd me a small portion. After all it was my birthday. Jacob was our waiter and we kind of gave him a hard time out of disappointment, but he was AWESOME about my bad attitude. For the prices, I was disappointed. The staff however was friendly and attentive. I don't think I'll be going back.

This restaurant chages 18% to your bill automatically . We were on our way to the grand canyon railway punkin patch train & decided to get something to eat first. (BAD IDEA to go to to this place) thier were 5 of us & one baby but we only ordered 3 plates of food . not all of us were hungry. we waited & waited & waited for someone to take are drink order . I want to leave & my husband said give them another min. She came over & wanted to take our drink order & i said we are ready to order . She seamed kinda shocked. The food came a little bit later & the food was great. i asked for my bill & noticed the had included the tip of 18% & i asked another girl going by to get the manager. The manager never came. I crossed of the tip & put 4.00. I didnt feal you should pay for very poor service. I called & they said the manager would call me back in about a hour . He did & BOY was he rude. He said it says it on the front of the menu & i said who reads the front of a munu & by the way it was covered with all the napkins they gave us with the silverwear. He said he wasnt going to do anything about it & the charge was going to stand. so i hung up & called my creditcard company who gave me the moneyback. I was shocked to because it was the same day i called the bank but they said i was a great customer & they would take care of it. DONT PAY BY CREDITCARD at this place. They know they are going to get 18% so why give u great service.
