They always take good care of me here and try to get my special requests done the way I ask.
Unprofessional, dirty,to much employee flirting the wait staff are to busy texting and standing around ignoring customers....... i am not a fan of this place i do not plan on ordering from here ever i also heard that if the cooks arnt happy they spit in the food that is soooo nasty in my opinion they need to fire all and start over with better help
I elected to get the buffet at the Willcox, AZ Pizza Hut. They asked if we had special requests and we told them a supreme. It took a little over 22 minutes for that supreme to find its way onto the bufet. During that time, there were three pizzas on the buffet that had virtually the same ingredients, stale and getting stiff under the lights, they were out of pasta, and the lettuce in the salad looked like yesterday's. During the 45 minutes that we were there, our supreme was the only new pizza that came out. We got a few slices but it was mostly devoured by the other customers. Refills? You'll have to trip one of the slopy wait people. Slopy? Yes. The place is dirty. There are flies. The restrooms were filthy. The employees look like local high school flunkys that have a promising future hanging out at the local convenient stores with hopes of one day maybe getting a GED. Maybe.
I was a little skeptical as I always am when visiting new restaurants. i always expect the worse and pray for the best. Well the best is exactly what this store has, at least on the night shift. I signed up for the online ordering through Pizza hut and was able to get my large pizza for $7.99. On top of that I ordered cheesy breadsticks too. When i arrived at the store during my scheduled pickup time I was told my food was going to come our in 2-3 minutes. This was perfectly fine since who can complain about fresh hot pizza!? Well I was informed my the night manager that they ran our of larges and they made everything all right. I left happy and if I lived in Willcox this would be my fave restaurant to go to frequently!!! Kudos to this establishment!!!
I am a usual customer. This place has always treated me the way a customer should be treated. The food is always good and excellent and catered to my need. Five stars all around
