A bunch of High School kids working here. The workers were joking around with some other kids in the lobby. I'm assuming they go to school with each other. Finally when the girl came to take my order, it still seemed she was focused on the kids in the lobby that were laughing annoyingly. Then when I got my order which was a Banana Split Sunday, it was made quick and sloppy and just terrible looking. I asked for the manager and she said there wasn't one on duty. Which I think is pathetic. So I left. I called the next day to try to catch a manager on duty. I reached one by the name of Rosa and she said that there was nothing she could do for me so feeling upset I asked firmly for a refund and she said she couldn't do it cause I had no receipt and I had thrown out the Sunday. Then she tells me not to raise my voice at her or she'll call the cops on me? WTF!!! Stay away from this place. Poor management and terrible service.
