Horrible customer service. Rita was extremely rude. She was not only rude to us, but other customers and the staff. When I addressed this to the owner Genna, she just made excuses for Rita and never gave a sincere apology. Poor business relations with customers. This was not my first poor experience. I used to come in regularly, but received ok food at Cheesecake Factory prices and poor customer service consistently.
Really good food but if you are in a hurry or not patient don't come here. The service is SLOW! But the food is great the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is neat!
The food is always great. The atmosphere is amazing, and the staff is super friendly. Well worth the time, and really nice to find something that is not just a chain store or restaurant. You should absolutely visit.

I love this bar. Strange atmosphere, try the jalapeño popers. Cold beer. Worth the drive.
