Not going to lie, I've never actually been here. I was applying to a Job in the Flagstaff area. Being an avid bowler, I immediately checked the surrounding areas for a bowling alley. That's how I ended up here. I read all the reviews, good and bad. What stood out to me the most though, was the effort made by the ownership to give feedback and make amends. I feel like this would be a place that, if I wanted more oil on my lane, I could probably just ask for it and might actually get it. I'm currently living in Montana. We too only have one option for a bowling alley. They charge $4.00 a game and have a "Too bad, Deal with it" attitude. Their staff has literally told me to "just go somewhere else" knowing full well there is no other choice. The lanes are unkempt and always bone dry. You can't throw anything stronger than a plastic ball. It's very frustrating. Reading about this place, it seems like a breath of fresh air. Just don't let your location turn you into Greedy Nazis :P
I signed up for a summer bowling league last month. I was informed that the league I wanted to bowl on, the Wednesday night mixed league had room for my Fiance and I and that they would be able to find another couple for us to bowl with. I was also informed that I would be receiving a call to remind me about the league starting. I have not heard anything from the bowling alley or a league representative with the exception of a call that I made to the bowling alley a couple weeks ago. I still have not heard anything about the league with the exception of being asked to show up tonight since the league starts tonight and that they would "work on" finding another couple to bowl with us!! Very unhappy with the service and level of communication I have gotten!!
This review is for the bar only. Bartender was friendly, not too expensive, very clean. They had lots of odd liquors on special for $3.
This bowling alley has been around for many years and is need of some renovation; however, the staff are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is comfortable and familiar - I always have a good time here with my friends.
AWESOME staff, great food and well maintained lanes! This is how a bowling alley should be operated!
