My very most favorite Starbucks to go to in the Verde Valley! The entire crew is extremely friendly, on top of being extremely fast and efficient...and always show SO much appreciation when they receive a tip. They are also so incredibly accommodating; my "standard" order is a venti iced caramel mochiatto...extra ice...with creme brule bits "at the bottom of the cup"...with a "ridiculous amount of extra, extra caramel, also at the bottom of the cup." If I worked at Starbucks, even I would hate me and want to punch me in the face anytime I placed my order. Not only do they NOT punch me in the face, they go out of their way to try and make it EXACTLY how they know I like it, and always hold it up and ask "does this look ok?" before handing me the drink. I am originally from Minnesota, a place where almost every single person that you'll ever meet is so RIDICULOUSLY kind and sweet that non-Minnesotans have coined a phrase that's used when describing a person who is "abnormally kind"...they are referred to being "Minnesota nice." Camp Verde's Starbucks staff truly ARE that "Minnesota nice."
took a day trip up north, totally unprepared for the cold! came back, found this location. next to the worlds largest Kokopelli. Nothing is more awesome than having your favorite seasonal coffee and that familiar taste. "gingerbread latte". the interior was clean, and they were busy, but that's because of the 3 person crew and drive through. if you happen to be @ this location after dark. look up in the sky. the view of the milky way out by this Starbucks is amazing.
I got a caramel macchiado and the lady who made it was rude and grouchy, and barely put any caramel in the drink. plus gave me gruff about asking for some whipped cream when I asked at the register and gave me a little bit. will not be back here again.
Bathrooms had pee all over and the trash was overflowing. Service was poor. Counters were dirty. The orders weren't served together. No one knew what orders were being served because when they called them out they weren't speaking clear. This was, by far, the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. It should be closed!
Went there several times..service is very good and fast. The people working there are really friendly and helpfull!
