The traditional wings medium flavor has always been too salty, I'm not big fan of Native Grills. If you want real traditional wings go to Long Wong's.
It would seem taking an order for wings is a very difficult task and is almost on par with rocket science. They screwed up my order of 3 lb of wings and said that if I wanted to drive the 11 miles back to the restaurant they would correct the order. I told the manager if they want to give me 20 dollars for gas then I would do that. He didn't think that was funny and would not refund the money to my card. Don't waste your time and find a wing stop since most of the natives on the west side are junk now
I really wanted to like this one. I have liked all the Native New Yorkers in Phoenix. I came to this one because I live in the far west valley now. I walked in and was really happy with how big and nice looking it was inside. The server didn't seem happy. The food was the worst most bland dry rub wings ever. No flavor. I was thoroughly disappointed. The wet wings were ok. The blue cheese dip tasted weird and I usually like blue cheese dip so I resorted to ranch. What is up with the restaurants in Buckeye! I liked the restaurants in Phoenix and didn't think twice about it but out here in Buckeye I still can't find a restaurant that doesn't leave me feeling disappointed with the food.
Have been to Buckeye Native New Yorker a few times and always ask for Heather, because we know she will always take great care of us. A good server makes a world of difference, no matter where you go....we hear congrats are in order for your promotion to management, Heather! Good for you. See you soon.
It's a new location and I think they're still ironing a few things out. I've been there 3 times and wasn't dissatisfied. Latest visit resulted in having to switch out an entree because of improper frying of the fish and soggy fries. The manager was quick to take care of the situation and we were happy with how he handled things. My only other suggestion is that the servers could use a bit more training and be a little more attentive.
