I started vamping 6 years ago when the only e-cigs available were the slim pen-likes with small fiber filters that you had to drip juice into about every 10 puffs! Since then I moved to Arkansas and found my first vapor store. When Velvet Vapor opened I was thrilled that I didn't have to drive so far from home to get my supplies. Now I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! Chang and Rhonda have anticipated brilliantly what was needed in this area and have chosen some of the best staff I have ever seen. Everyone is very knowledgeable and there isn't any question they can't answer. They are very patient with anyone that is thinking about ditching the cancer sticks and not sure if vaping is the way to go. They never make you feel like they just want you to buy and move on. I was in there one time and a young man came in to buy an e-cig. Chang asked for the man's identification and when he found he was not of legal age, Chang refused to sell to him. That told me a lot about their integrity. Stop in, ask your questions and try the products. You'll feel welcomed there! Then just hang out and absorb the good vibes!

This is truly the only Vape store in the state! I travel allot and I have been all over Arkansas. I sometimes don't have a chance to stop in and stock up before I hit the road. This will force me to try other vapor stores, and I have to say the all leave me wishing I was at this store. If your looking for a large selection of MODS, RDA's, Juice, etc. then this is the place to go. If you want a place to chill grab a drink, Vape, have a good conversation with the nicest most helpful people in the world then this is the place to go. I know this review is not the best written, but that is only because I don't have the word base I need just to tell everyone how much I love this store and the people who run it.

The Velvet Vapor is the holy grail of vapor stores! easily the best vapor lounge in NWA! they have the largest selection of products and juice choices. they also have a very welcoming and kind staff. i like the come into the VV everyday and hangout and vape. also something cool and unique is tuned in tuesdays where people bring their instruments in and play music and relax! i wouldnt reccomend another vapor store, and since i found this one i will not return to the others! thank you rhonda and chang for giving us this too good to be true store!

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They have taught me all about mods and rebuildables and even special ordered some stuff for me! PLUS they can get you discounts on tattoos!!

I've been to other stores in the area and have had lack luster experiences. I recalled my fiance telling me to try out The Velvet Vapor but just kind of brushed it aside. Well, That was a mistake! I went in and was amazed at this place. The huge vape lounge is what initially caught me, they have a giant selection of juice to suit practically anyone. The one key thing that they provided that has made this place my new vapor store of choice... the customer service. Chang and Rhonda are awesome for lack of a better word. If you are so-so on your current vapor store, give these guys a shot, you will -NOT- be let down.
