It's a chain, but its decent. I've never had a bad experience here, though its never particularly exceptional. The burgers make for a pretty good lunch.
I'm not typically a complainer but I went to the Texas Roadhouse in North Little Rock yesterday with my wife and another couple. I've eaten here in the past and had an ok experience but this time was absolutely horrible. First they took us back to seat us and the table wasn't cleaned so we had to stand and wait for the bus boy to finish. Then as I'm sitting I see all kinds of trash and filth on the floor (not just the peanut shells which is expected), then the hostess brought us bread plates and they were completely unwashed and filthy, not just a few specs of food, FILTHY, finally when they brought the drinks, one of them had a HUGE ball of fuzz and hair in it. When we saw this we immediately got up and left. The manager offered to take care of it on our way out and asked us to give them another chance but there was just no way. It was way too disgusting. We ended up going to the one in WLR and it was perfect, which is what we expect from Texas Road House.
Great good. Needs more seating. Not set up for large parties. But an excellent dining experience.
It is a rare day when I am disappointed with food or service here. The Sirloin is my steak of choice and it is always grilled to perfection and is perfectly savory!
